Employer's Liability

We will indemnify you against your legal liability to pay compensation and costs/expenses in respect of accidental injury and/or death to your employees arising out of and in the course of their employment. This supplements the cover you have (or expect to have) under the Injuries Compensation Fund with SSHFC. Your common law liability with respect to such accident will be catered for at an agreed limit.
